  • Provide excellent customer service to meet tenant needs
  • Be in constant communication with tenants to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Respond quickly to work orders and ensure they are completed
  • Supervision of employees, performance, promotion, corrective actions and termination
  • Perform lease audits, monitor collections, coordinate defaults
  • Assist team with new leases, renewals, rent collection, account payables, unit inspections
  • Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are current
  • Prepare monthly operating expenses
  • Develop business relations


  • Leasing consultants are to follow up with prospects and assist with resident relations
  • Marketing
  • Enter prospect’s information into the system, follow up
  • Tour units and property with clients, discuss community perks
  • Explain application process, move-in special
  • Type leases on Bluemoon, set up resident account, gather proper documentations
  • Walk units to ensure unit is ready for move-in, walk vacancies
  • Process renewals, resident transfers, move-outs
  • Distribute any notices to residents
  • Coordinate with residents when they have packages in the office
  • Print out service tickets and distribute to maintenance, close out tickets accordingly
  • Daily inspection of the community
  • Know the market competition
  • Coordinate with contractors
  • Assist the property manager as needed
  • Complete required training, learn how to use community software/app



  • Must be patient and have a positive, friendly personality
  • Ability to work well with others including co-workers, residents, and vendors
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent verbal and organizational skill
  • Work well under pressure, multitask
  • Operate a phone, computer, community software/app, and social media
