Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to meet tenant needs
- Be in constant communication with tenants to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond quickly to work orders and ensure they are completed
- Supervision of employees, performance, promotion, corrective actions and termination
- Perform lease audits, monitor collections, coordinate defaults
- Assist team with new leases, renewals, rent collection, account payables, unit inspections
- Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are current
- Prepare monthly operating expenses
- Develop business relations
Duties
- Leasing consultants are to follow up with prospects and assist with resident relations
- Marketing
- Enter prospect’s information into the system, follow up
- Tour units and property with clients, discuss community perks
- Explain application process, move-in special
- Type leases on Bluemoon, set up resident account, gather proper documentations
- Walk units to ensure unit is ready for move-in, walk vacancies
- Process renewals, resident transfers, move-outs
- Distribute any notices to residents
- Coordinate with residents when they have packages in the office
- Print out service tickets and distribute to maintenance, close out tickets accordingly
- Daily inspection of the community
- Know the market competition
- Coordinate with contractors
- Assist the property manager as needed
- Complete required training, learn how to use community software/app
Qualifications
- Must be patient and have a positive, friendly personality
- Ability to work well with others including co-workers, residents, and vendors
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent verbal and organizational skill
- Work well under pressure, multitask
- Operate a phone, computer, community software/app, and social media
- Strong customer service skills and have the desire to help others
